Join MSBIC as we welcome Marv Weidner, Chairman & CEO of Weidner Inc., who will be presenting his Managing for Results (MFR) methodology. Marv’s recent release of MFR 2.0 provides a framework for aligning an organization's plans, budgets, and delivery of services to produce results that matter to customers. Marv will also speak on how the fourth largest County in the US (Maricopa County), successfully adopted MFR resulting in a grade “A” rating by Governing Magazine's Government Performance Project and a “Public Official of the Year” award for County Manager, David Smith.
