Join MSBIC as we welcome Drew Minkin, Technical Lead, Zilliant Corporation, who will deliver a deep dive into the successes and failures of bringing Business Intelligence into your organization for the sole purposes of managing pricing. Minkin will introduce pricing concepts and theories, and show you first hand how these techniques have been applied successfully. Finally the presentation will focus on problems common to many BI implementations and how you can avoid these mistakes.
Speaker Biography: Drew Minkin started his BI experience in ‘casino player tracking’ in 1999 and later went on to work as a Microsoft Support Engineer/Consultant (with a specialized focus on SQL Server technologies) before joining Fujitsu as a Senior Consultant. Minkin currently works at Zilliant Corporation where he focuses on price analytics and optimization.
